  • I am an Independent Broker, why should I bother with an Exit Franchise? 

In the Real Estate Industry, recruitment and retainment are a huge issue.  Affiliating with EXIT and the use of the EXIT formula will give you the ability to profitably grow your business.  As an independent, it is difficult to build your Agent count.  That is why so many Brokers have gone to the 100% commission model, to try to grow their business.  Instead, they are just eroding their own profitability at the expense of having more Agents.  EXIT also has the finest training in real estate today.  You will also join a team of EXIT Brokerages in the area, instead of being out there on your own.  

 

  • I am with a company that pays me 100%, why should I join EXIT, and only get 70%? 

At EXIT you have the ability to earn more than 100%, but most importantly if you stop doing business at your current Brokerage, you get 0%.  In life things happen; medical concerns, elderly parents, issues with children.  With EXIT if you have introduced others into the system, you will continue to get a paycheck.  Additionally you will be planning for your retirement in a way that no other Real Estate Company out there can offer.

 

  • There are already so many real estate companies in the market.  What makes you think that EXIT will be successful?

  If you look at all of the current models out there, they are basically all copies of one another.  You have traditional split companies, you have desk fee companies, you have transaction fee companies.  EXIT is the only real estate model where you can build unlimited and substantial residual income.  And that income is immediate.  You are paid as the deal closes.  It is not based on profitability and you do not need to be vested.  If you would like to make $100,000 per year in residual income, it is very easy to figure out just what you need to do to get there.  The whole idea of residuals is revolutionizing the industry.  We are also one of the few companies providing a win-win both for the Broker and the Agent.  One is not being sacrificed at the expense of the other.  At EXIT, agents are the true assets of the corporation.
