Les Kint
You can't help but notice Les' accent. He was born in New Zealand, but has been in the U.S. since 1991, becoming a U.S. Citizen in 1994. Les' background was in construction management prior to his entry into real estate in 2000. He has owned his own business since 1987. In 2001, Les became the Broker/Owner for EXIT Realty Team One in Pensacola, Florida. In late 2004, Les was the driving force behind the purchase of the rights to EXIT Realty Southeast Texas. The family made the move from Pensacola to the Houston area in time for Christmas 2004. Les has a business management degree from Waikato Technical Institute in Hamilton, New Zealand.
Linda Kint
Linda is no stranger to building organizations and overseeing multi-office locations. Linda worked as a Regional Operations Manager for the LensCrafters organization and during her tenure opened over 40 offices across the country, and was responsible at any given time for the operation of at least 35 stores. Following that she was a Regional Manager for Borg-Warner Security overseeing 5 locations with over 4,000 employees and increasing profitability each year. Linda has had a real estate license since 1992 and joined Les in opening their franchise in Pensacola. In late 2004, Linda, Les and Pete purchased the rights to EXIT Realty Southeast Texas to develop the Region. Linda has a B.A. degree from Michigan State University in East Lansing, MI.
Peter Gyoerkoes
Pete has had a successful career in the Insurance Industry for over 20 years. He certainly understands the concept of residual income! Becoming licensed as a Real Estate Sales Associate in Florida in 2000, Pete joined EXIT in 2002 specializing in high end waterfront sales and investment properties. Pete has been active in personal real estate investments for over 10 years. Pete and his wife, B.J. have strong roots in Texas and look forward to building the Region. In late 2004, Pete joined forces with the Kints to purchase the Southeast Texas Regional Rights. Pete has a M.S. degree from Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia and has earned the CPCU insurance designation.
